Delivery Times
We will dispatch orders within 3 to 4 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm (UTC+8) will begin processing the following Monday.
We ship worldwide
From our warehouses located in Korea and Hong Kong, we ship worldwide. For international orders, Post offers international priority service, which delivers orders within 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers.
You will receive an email notification with courier tracking number when your order is dispatched. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.

Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
You will receive an email when your order is shipped to the email address you provided when ordering. You can track your shipment by following the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, simply type in the tracking number of your package on the shipping service provider´s website.
